Nice country all around. Seen few species of birds, possum (yuck), small striped garter snake, geese

Just enjoyed being out in the country.

Best host EVER!!

I’m surprised to be asked to review this stay as it had to be cancelled last minute. I’m happy to do it, however, because I wanted an opportunity to rave about the host. The area suffered a major power outage the day of our scheduled stay. Not only did we receive a call from the owner in plenty of time to change our plans, but we were given a resource to help us find an alternative plan that would accommodate our (3) pups. Luckily we did find a place to stay, but it was in no way as lovely as our stay at this property would have been. As we have stayed at one of the cottages on the property before, I feel comfortable saying that our stay would have been cozy and comfortable! The owner takes great pride in making guests feel welcomed by leaving fresh eggs and other goodies in the fridge and keeping everything spotless. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are equipped with special soaps, etc. Our dogs enjoyed the farm with loads of space to explore. We hope to try again in the future!

Best of both worlds

So close to Memphis but in the nice, quiet, country. Very safe and very clean. We brought our dog and he had the best time of all. Would 100% stay again

Wonderful stay!

My friend and I were at the end of our road trip from Atlanta and I chose to stay at this place because I live on a farm and thought it would be a nice change from hotels or other stays. It was wonderful! Loved the property and the owners are amazing. There was a little. mix up when we got there and had to have the cleaning lady come back in, but overall had a great stay. Would recommend to anyone and if ever in the area, would stay again. Thanks to Emily and Charlie! (One recommendation - would not suggest elderly stay in this particular cabin as the floors are uneven. No problem for me, but for someone with unstable gait, might present a bit of a problem. Adds to the charm though!)

Wonderful property

These owners thought of everything! From fresh breakfast fixings in the fridge to dog bowls and bed. Everything exceeded our expectations. Very quiet location and comfortable beds.

Cute and Updated Farmhouse

We stayed here when we were visiting Memphis! Although technically in Arkansas it is a really quick drive across a bridge to all the action in Memphis! The rental is super cute and very clean! Perfect small little kitchen and washer and dryer were perfect for my husband and I! Owner was very friendly and responded quickly! We defiantly want to come back to Memphis and would defiantly stay here again!

Great location with wonderful hosts.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The cottage is adorable. It was so quiet and serene. I spent both nights on the front porch just enjoying nature. The location is easy to find and convenient to Memphis. The hosts were very kind and went far above the expected to help make our visit enjoyable.

Cozy retreat close to Memphis

This was the perfect place for my family and me to stay near Memphis. We were a short drive to downtown yet away from all the busyness and noise of the city. There's plenty of room, charm, and history for guests. The Lowrances were excellent hosts!
