"Nice location, clean"

"Despite the Expedia listing saying pets are welcome, there were "No Pets" signs everywhere. They did allow our dogs to stay...for an extra fee we were not anticipating"

"The property was as advertised. It was clean and spacious and perfect for our large family gathering. We enjoyed fishing and each morning began with coffee around the fire pit. There were several areas inside and out for family to gather, eat and relax. The host was responsive to every inquiry. We would highly recommend this property and host. "

"Clean rooms"

"We stayed at the cottage for 3 days while visiting Memphis for a bball tournament. From the time we booked the property we have had great experience with Leenie. She has been a wonderful host throughout our stay, always making sure we have everything that we needed. Cottage was great with plenty of room for our family. Everything you need is provided and Leenie was kind enough to walk us through the cottage as we arrived. Cottage is very clean. It is located 5 minutes from bunch of restaraunts, gas stations and grocery stores. Its about 20 minutes from downtown Memphis. We would definitely stay at Leenie's cottage again if given a chance!"

"First they are remodeling and the pool was closed, they had breakfast equipment coming, but when we were there they only had one kind of serial. The staff however were friendly, and the room was clean. It was just disappointing that a breakfast was advertised and only one type of serial. "

"Arrived to the property and there were no directions on how to check in. No email with check in directions and no way to contact the host. "

"It was a dump. Things didn’t work. There were full-time tenants. Which is OK for being a big hotel chain, they wouldn’t have broken cars down in the parking lot. The front sliding doors had to manually be opened by hand to get into the front desk for my room."
