“I came in to the hotel with a locked front door (key only access) and no one at the front desk to let me in. Once let in by a young man I assumed was a guest, I stood at the desk for 3-5mins waiting to be checked in and given my room key. A disgruntled worker stormed into the lobby during my check in yelling and cursing at the man who was checking me in ( I assume the shift manager) . He did not apologize for the disruption. The elevator was broke and the low lit stairwell smelled heavily of……

“The Moose was a very cool place! The rooms have everything you need and are decorated with a cool style. They even have a guitar you can play! The hotel staff is amazing and will get you wherever you need. Very accommodating. ”

“The front of hotel crew — the gentleman assisting with the street check in — luggage, directions to park, and assistance with making a u-turn on a downtown Memphis street — was cheerful and a great ambassador for the hotel. The receptionist was great in covering all the details — and was helpful again the next morning with the coffee bar. Such good cheer from them both! The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable. Can easily say, “give this quiet gem a try!””
