Wonderful stay

The house is fantastic, the landlord is a very nice person. He welcomed us the first day together with his wife and kindly explained us all the details of the house and of the pool. We really relaxed for three weeks, never had a problem, just enjoyed the vacation.

Herrlich typisch italienisch!

Gepflegtes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Für meine Begriffe etwas viel Chi-Chi, aber da gehen die Geschmäcker auseinander. Ein typisch italienisches Ferienhaus mit vollständiger Grillausstattung, SAT-TV und schnellem Internetanschluss. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß etwa 5 Minuten. Der Pool ist technisch gut. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

Eccellente

Villa di recente costruzione, in perfette condizioni e con ampio e meraviglioso giardino con piscina. Zona cottura esterna preziosa e godibile, proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni necessità e consigli di viaggio. Pulizia ineccepibile e mare a poca distanza. Assolutamente consigliata !!!

Wonderful villa close to the beautiful beach

Wonderful place, very comfortable and well equipped house, we had a lot of privacy during our 2-weeks stay. We found everything necessary at home. Very sunny place, good swimming pool, a lot of places to relax around with sunbeds, umbrellas; perfect veranda to eat outside; the owners are fantastic people, very friendly and helpful. The sandy beach almost private, quiet, some nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to everybody - couples or families with children. We have spent really 2 fantastic weeks there. Thank you once again.

Una villa meravigliosa

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima in una villa meravigliosa, finemente arredata e ben curata sia all'interno che all'esterno. i proprietari Emanuele e Assunta sono persone gentilissime e cordiali, così come Calogero, un ragazzo disponibilissimo che dà loro una mano nella gestione della casa. Siamo rimasti davvero contenti della casa e dell'ospitalità dei proprietari, la proprietà dal vivo è ancor più bella che in foto e ci auguriamo di tornarci per un'altra vacanza. Da sottolineare il fatto che pochissime persone come Emanuele hanno accettato di buon grado la presenza del nostro amato boxer dal primo contatto della prenotazione, per noi è fondamentale portarci in vacanza il nostro Axel e la loro piena disponibilità ci ha conquistati! Da sottolineare anche Il livello di pulizia in tutti gli ambienti. Un grazie ancora da Nico, Alessandra e Axel! We spent a pleasant week in a wonderful house. In our opinion, this is one of the best properties available on the site, fine and well equipped inside as well as outside: inside one nice and well furnished kitchen, one confortable living room, two bedrooms and bathroom. Outside a 1000 ms garden with nice relaxing terrace, outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and barbeque. Indeed, a wonderful solarium with swimming pool, flowers and plants...a higly recommended property most of all for all those who want to spend pleasant moments with their beloved pets, live we did! Thank you to Emanuele and Assunta for our beautiful stay!

TUTTO PERFETTO

Villa unica nella zona Lido Fiori vicino a Menfi (10 minuti di auto), tutto come nella descrizione ma dal vivo è ancora più bella. Completa di tutto, proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, per ogni problema (non ne abbiamo riscontrato neanche uno) è disponibile Calogero un bravo ragazzo del posto, preciso e pronto per qualsiasi richiesta. La villa è fornita di tutti i comfort, anche di Wifi, è spaziosa, con due belle cucine di cui una esterna, due bagni di cui uno esterno, due camere da letto spaziose, un soggiorno abitabile grande con cucina e un altro soggiorno con divano letto. Lo spazio circostante ha un ampio giardino ben tenuto e curato ma l'apoteosi è una splendida piscina dove fare bagni e prendere il sole oltre ad un pergolato fornito di poltrone e divanetti. La gentilezza dei proprietari la si vede subito , siamo stati accolti con pasta all'uovo e sughi per prepararci la cena, oltre a fornirci di zampironi per i moscerini e le zanzare che basta accenderli e loro non si fanno vedere. Sicuramente da consigliare soprattutto in bassa stagione per godere anche dell'immensa spiaggia che dista solamente 5 minuti a piedi dalla proprietà. Un grazie ai proprietari soprattutto perché accettano ben volentieri la presenza dei nostri amici a 4 zampe essendo anche loro proprietari di uno splendido cagnolino con il quale la mia piccola Lenticchia ha giocato e tanto al nostro arrivo. Grazie ad Emanuele e ad Assunta per la loro ospitalità. Consiglieremo la loro villa ad amici e conoscenti ma soprattutto ai visitatori del sito.
