「We all had a great time. Caught some pretty big fish, weather was hot, but not rainy. Pontoon was nice and big for everyone to come aboard. House had lots of room and with 2 kitchens the extra refrigerator was a blessing. Communication with the owners was excellent. 」

「We came for a family event in Dunn County, so the house in Menomonie was a good location. The property is lovely, with everything we needed. The table and chairs just outside the apartment were a great place to have coffee in the morning. We all enjoyed time on the deck by the river, and saw the eagle, and several other types of birds. 」

「My wife and I stayed here 3 nights as part of a longer motorcycle ride exploring this area. Everything was as described. We loved the large porch and trendy styling. It’s quiet and private. The owner Joan lives in the next house down and is everything you’d look for in a perfect host. She went above and beyond to help us with our laundry situation. The nearby town of Downsville had 3 places to eat and Menomonie is 6 miles up the road. We’d easily do this again. 」

「This sweet cottage was perfect for our weekend away from everything. The house was very clean and had what we needed to prepare simple meals. It was very quiet, wuth only a few friendly neighbors occasionally driving by. Bring your binoculars! We saw deer, pheasants, racoons, coyotes, cranes, and eagles in the field across the road. Alex responded very quickly to any messages we sent to him.」

「This was a great place for two families to share a long weekend with all of our adult kids. Everyone had their own space and at the same time there were so many nice common areas to gather. We ended up with great weather, but if it hadn’t been nice outside we would’ve spent more time in the game room. Everyone enjoyed the space and great memories were made.」

「We love a sure thing. It was immaculate. Very very well kept. Beautiful location on the Eau Claire River. Reasonable rates. We are thrilled and very much recommend. The layout was just right for four sisters and two nephews. All adults with plenty of room to stretch out. The two nephews took kayaks out. Lots of wildlife to see from the beautiful picture Windows. Well stocked kitchen. Did not anything else!!」

「We had such a great time here! The house was the perfect size to host our bridesmaids and groomsmen for the whole weekend, and we even got to invite some of our parents over to open gifts on the morning after the wedding. Evening was clean and they had some baskets in the bathrooms that had some possible forgotten essentials for everyone. 11/10 would recommend and hoping to come back in the future. We also asked some questions to the host during our stay and got almost instant...
