「We were there eight nights and I had to ask to have the room cleaned. After it was cleaned there weren’t any hand towels or bath mat left and the dish towel wasn’t replaced. I call down to ask to have some brought up and they said Housekeeping has gone home and for me to go to the desk and get them not the best customer service. Also the toilet I had to ask to have cleaned it had a yellow staining on it, the tub, horribly stained and chipped. The bathroom door seem coming apart and soiled. I’m...

「Molly was superb with her quick response with all of our questions. She was very helpful before and during the stay. The property was not as clean as we would have expected. But it wasn’t terrible. It would’ve been nice with more transparency with regard to pricing breakdown details. If the property can sleep 12 and we had 10 people including three children, why were there charges for extra guests?」
