"Great place, great people wonderful breakfast, we were very happy. Cant wait to go back."

"The property was pristine and newly decorated. The location was super, especially because the Express bus drops you right off in front of the property and because you can be downtown with a quick walk. Municipal or local city buses don’t really circulate with regularity or even access this location nor do taxis circulate without being called so walking or having a rental car is probably the way to go. The owners are easily accessible and helpful. The property feels very safe and the decor...

"Camera pulita con aria condizionata e parcheggio custodito,il titolare è stato molto gentile,la struttura è indicata per gli animali domestici"

"The owner could not have been nicer. I liked that the location was had an awning over the door with the name of the place on it. Place was spotless. Nice breakfast area which overlooked a neighboring church. The location is a 4 minute walk to the Roman arch. We would definitely stay here again. "

"solely a wonderful location with tremendous view"

"The hotel we stayed at was very nice, but the area wasn't developed."

"All perfect tank you very much"

Other than that, the property itself is amazing and has the most amazing views and a very convenient restaurant downstairs! Also...

"Great breakfast served to room and very friendly staff!"

"Fantastic spot right next to the Roman theater and forum. Excellent accomodations and nice collaboration with Michele the bakery. Highly recommend!"

"Struttura molto accogliente e molto pulita... La proprietaria è veramente molto gentile , disponibile e cordiale... La consiglio vivamente e se capiterò da queste parti non mancherò nel prenotare nuovamente!!!"

"Great stay very close to town, ferry port and train station "

"Wonderful place in a great location"

"A lovely B&B in the old town, close to the Duomo and the Giardino della Minerva, with good restaurants and shops close by. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff at the property were very helpful. Contact by WhatsApp by the host in the days before we arrived was much appreciated and helped us to locate the B&B easily. We had a very enjoyable stay."
