「The residence is beautiful! The pool was huge and very clean. The property is a 2 minute walk to the beach and all restaurants. It is a 10 minute walk to the Ferry. The balcony had a lovely view of of the pool and neighborhood (but not the ocean or beach). The staff at the reception were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. 「We had an amazing time at this beautiful Villa. We were a big family of 10 and had so much space for all. The views were dynamic. The ocean access and pool were exactly what we were looking for. 「The villa was the perfect home away from home. My son and I recently stayed here and it was lovely. Gian Luca was so wonderful with communication and very kind and helpful with anything we needed. It was very private, the garden and terrace were beautiful and spacious. It is in a graat location, So easy to get to restaurants, shops the ferry and the beach and playground were mins away. Thanks for making our first time to Italy so memorable!」
