One of the best places I’ve stayed at. Great value for the price: there is a small fridge, big shower, a balcony, even a small first aid kit, a coffee maker. Plus the rooms have access codes, so no need to be scared of losing a key

Overall it was a very comfortable stay in my basic room. The property manager was very attentive and prompt with any inquiries and/ or needs. The cleaning staff were also very courteous. The house had a nice easy feel to it and it was located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Perhaps, it was the time of year (holidays) that most residents could have been away as the streets around the area were a bit deserted and dark at night for walking alone. Several different shops and food were walking distance, too.

A lovely house with 7 rooms and shared kitchen, dining, living room, parking, and patios. Daily attention and upkeep for everything from the very sweet Lulu. I had an unfortunate experience the first night but they totally made up for it and I stayed almost 2 weeks. Great location in the city, though not a whole lot in easy walking distance but perfect if you get a car or use super cheap uber/taxi, bus nearby also. Good area so I felt very safe and secure. The only negatives were that you can hear other guests if they snore very loud, a neighboring property plays music until 11pm but it’s easily ignored, and the pots & pans are not good (but it’s a huge bonus they even let you use the kitchen, super helpful as I needed to cook simple things for myself). Comfortable bed; good/clean towels, sheets, blanket; good shower (pressure, water temp, control, clean); new a/c; working clean mini fridge (freezer, bonus kitchen fridge access), smart TV, everything worked. I spent much more time around the house than the usual guest due to work and medical stuff, so I really appreciated how comfortable I was able to be. I could work from several places in the house and spend time outside in the sun or shade, on the couch or at a table. I’ve been to Merida several times for 2 weeks and I usually wouldn’t stay in the same place for so long but I kept extending my stay. Finally a place in Mx that is better than advertised.

El cuarto muy limpio, el único inconveniente fue que había una hamaca pero no sabíamos dónde colgarla ya que tenía papel tapiz que cubría donde se cola la otra parte, fuera de eso recomiendo mucho el cuarto, y los duelos amables y accesibles en cuestión de horarios de entrada y salida.
