“Beautiful property. Bedrooms and beds were all good sized. Game room was a lot of fun. We got a lot of use during the heat of the day. We hope to come back next year!!!”

“I only lowered it 1 star bc we felt like the large amount of dust bunnies running around the bedroom, every dish we tried to use being greasy, and 3 inches of walking room on either side of the king bed just didn't quite make the 5th star.”

“Very clean rooms, everything was labeled and easily identifiable, and we highly appreciated the little travel items of frequently forgotten stuff. My family was very comfortable. If we return to Topeka, we’re definitely staying again.”

“Megan is a pleasure to deal with. She’s prompt and thoughtful. It’s easy to tell she cares about her properties and the comfort of her guests. No detail is too small.”

“The host was very pleasant and easy to work with. We are so appreciative for them sharing their home with us. It was great.”

“This was a last minute booking after other plans fell through. We were very comfortable for the one night we were there. The place was clean, with some thoughtful touches such as snacks and Netflix. There was a slight smoke odor, which we quickly got used to and it didn't bother us, but some people might be more sensitive. The location was convenient as well. We didn't really use the kitchen, but everything appeared to be in working order. We would consider staying there again if in the area in……

“Comfortable, clean apartment and lovely host. Traveling with our dog and we were incredibly impressed with how spotless the place is maintained and how the host includes thoughtful details for both pets and their owners!”

“Cute house and easily accessible to everything that we needed. We would definitely stay there again.”

“The smell of mildue or mold, cob webs in the corners of each room condiment old or bad fridge was leaking and covered up with a towel, main lock strike plate was missing and only secured with wood trim we did not feel safe as for the door could have been forced open easily, one bedroom was a pull out bed not a bed no face soap only shampoo, walk way and drive way where cracked broken and unever causing a trip hazard, hot water temperature was scolding hot”

“Lovely little apartment, very clean and with everything I needed to rest during a hot summer road trip. So grateful to walk into the place to find the AC on, fans pumping, and cold water in the fridge! Parking lot on the north side of the building was also great, I could park close to the front door and in the shade. I slept like a baby.”

“This place was amazing! It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 boys ages 16 and 11). The hosts went above and beyond in creating a comfortable environment. My boys were disappointed to leave. And the host was super supportive in helping me retrieve an item I accidentally left behind. This was a fantastic stay in a great location. We highly recommend it!”

“Excellent property. Owners very friendly and helpful. Extremely clean basement apartment with comfortable bed and living room sofa. We really appreciated the full kitchen and nice big refrigerator as well.”

“We came into town from Ohio for a family reunion. This house was perfect for my children to have a Kansas experience. The host was very easy to communicate with and welcomed us with fresh farm eggs and corn. The house was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We even used the grill. I really enjoyed sitting outside both mornings and nights and listening to nature. We are planning on coming back next year.”

“Great rental and good communication”

“Great unit in a perfect location. Clean and had what we needed. Had issue with keypad but was quickly resolved as owner responded with prompt resolution. Thanks!”

“The space was clean and the Host was great. This was perfect for my Daughter and I on our visit to KU. It was a perfect location. The parking was great and it was within walking distance of Mass St. I will definitely stay here again!”

“Clean, well decorated space making you feel right at home in an instant! Minutes walk from Mass St, which is the heart of the downtown, with so many shops and eateries. We enjoyed taking a short walk to get morning coffee and just walk the strip several times. Parking right outside. We traveled across the country staying in many Vrbo's so the little details at this location like cotton swabs in the bathroom and laundry soap were pleasant bonuses. Definitely would stay here again!”
