"This hotel was awful. Booked in advance and selected to pay at check in. Rude manager tried to cancel our reservation just hours before we arrived if I didn’t pay over the phone. The check in staff were atrocious. No friendly greeting, no here’s our WiFi, directions to the elevator or our room…RUDE. Canceled a teams reservation while they were traveling in for a state competition. Have never experienced such horrendous customer service. Then there was the room. Dirty, hair all over the shower and bathroom. Fixtures in shambles, exposed outlets and a table lamp propped on the back of a chair. All the furniture looked like it had been in a flood or water damage. "

"The shower did not function, the bathroom had unfinished repairs. There was trash everywhere and dog poop on the sidewalks and parking lot. They primarily rent to oil field workers and all the big pickups fired up at 5:00am."
