“Clean, polite and cheerful employees. Descent breakfast.”

“Nice hotel-large, clean rooms. Staff person was helpful as elevator was not working and room keys didn’t work either. Had to go back and notify her each time, but she corrected the issues. Breakfast was okay. Had waffles you could make, scrambled eggs, bacon, hasbrowns, muffins and a few bagels. Had cereal but no milk. Apples and yogurt but no donuts/pastries. Coffee carafe was empty so had to have staff bring us 2 cups of coffee. Overall, would recommend this location ( was very quiet but……

“Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. I had specifically pre-purchased breakfast and confirmed the hours with the front desk, who stated it ended at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived with my family……

“The room was filthy! There was so much dust on the furniture that I could write my name in it. The blinds were broken, could not raise or lower. The breakfast, what little was left, was unedible. The dining tables and chairs were falling apart. The “gym” had one treadmill. We had no housekeeping service at all during our stay. The hotel looked old and unkept. Scarred furniture, walls, doors, baseboards were everywhere. What a waste of money!!! The La Quinta brand is not what it used to……

“Staff was excellent however the whole facility was very run down for what I considered to be the Comfort Inn name. Paid $187 plus. A dirty rag on our bathtub, bathtub had rust and look like wet inner walls. Air Conditioner kept us up all night (possibly a bearing)... Kept on and off and sounded like a jet engine at takeoff! Elevator inside door was missing a cover. Breakfast”

“wonderful property. I messed up on dates and staff fixed it on the spot. Our only problem was no internet or Dish. Don't know if it was down or operator (me) error.”

“Leaking toilet, loud music playing outside, dead bolt didn’t lock, super dirty floor with dead insects. I know now why refunds aren’t allowed!!!”
