“This was a vey ‘cute studio apartment’ perfect for 1 person but dig enough for two. My only wish was that the mattress be a little thicker and more plushness. (That’s just my opinion on a soft bed) bathroom was very nice it would be perfect for temporary work assignment or parents visiting their college kiddo. Would definitely stay there again as a matter of fact I’m checking the availability for my next work trip. ”

“Cute house with great furnishings! Very nice home with a number of amenities included. I would say the only downside was there was no downstairs seating area. I think the rooms could’ve been configured better to make the downstairs have the living space instead of the upstairs. I had a guest with a bad knee who unfortunately could not get up the stairs. "Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. I had specifically pre-purchased breakfast and confirmed the hours with the front desk, who stated it ended at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived with my family at 10:20 AM, the restaurant staff claimed they were closed, refused to serve us, and told me to contact Expedia for a refund instead of taking responsibility. When I returned to the front desk, they contradicted the restaurant and insisted the hours were indeed until 10:30 AM. After this back-and-forth, we were eventually served, but the restaurant staff was dismissive and forced us to take our food to-go, refusing to let us eat in the dining area. It felt as though the staff was intentionally providing misleading information to finish their shift early. For a hotel chain, the lack of training and the behavior of the restaurant supervisor were unacceptable."
