Good place with good service
We checked in at very late night. We had a good sleep and good beakfast. We would like to admire Mr Kai for his highly proactiv service. He provided a great service to guests not only in checkin but also in restaurant and so on.

This property is an old motel with a breezeway built in front of the outside doors to try and make a ‘hotel’. The rooms were fairly clean but had chipped tiles, old dirty rug and the sink had no plug. (Could see where metal plug broken off in sink) some cobwebs in the corners. The bed was comfortable enough and the shower good. There was a hockey tournament and a cultural event so there was not much to choose from. The rating was very good for this property so we were confused when we arrived! But it was late, we were tired and happy for a bed. We decided the disappointment was because of the rating and price. for if we had paid under a 100. It would have made more sense than over 200 for an old motel style room, that needs some attention! I should mention that the staff were friendly.

Hi Leonard,Sorry to hear that your stay did didn't go as Planed, We have asked the front desk if you did make a request for service in your room but there was no request from your room. As per the hotel rule, we are suppose to give service on every 3rd day and there is a disclaimer in every room stating it. We have also asked the front desk if they have got any complaint about heater issue from your room, and they said No, please do let the front desk know about the issues to get it solved. Once again sorry for any trouble you have faced and we will make sure to make your stay better next time.

Outside doors open so public can get in. Continental not until 630 and no overnight staff, so you can’t check out early. Room was missing desk chair, kept getting error msg on tv, and bathroom was freezing. Heater didn’t function on high well. Did get me a new room when the first rooms bed was kind of broken and very uncomfortable.

As soon as we got your review, we have sent our maintenance guy and our front desk to check your room if all the equipments are working properly or not and they didn't find any issue with any equipments. We also checked our Sauna light in bathroom which can heat the bathroom in 3-4 mins was also working.Please, do let the front desk know at the same time when you face any issues so that we can take action at that moment.The timing of our operation is fixed and unfortunately we cannot change it.Sorry for inconvenience,

There is a Quality Note that describes the same thing in each room on tv table for guest's acknowledgement. We didn't get any request from your room that you will be needing any service, even though when you said that you need service and sheets changed on the second day evening we deed it.Anyways we are sorry that your stay was not up to the mark and we will try our best to make your stay better next time.
