「It was a wonderful stay in a 2 bedroom condo! There were 2 separate bathrooms which was perfect so we weren’t fighting over one bathroom for the 6 of us! There was a fully equipped kitchen that we used to prepare our meals. It was a very big room! 」

「What a GEM! The property was spotless and we even witnessed them rinsing the beach toys they provide in a bin for kids use and sidewalks daily! Inside the room was no exception it was also spotless. Walking out onto the beach directly from the unit was awesome! They provided two nice beach chairs in the room and you could ask for umbrellas at the front desk. Every single staff member we encountered were more than pleasant and seemed genuinely happy to be there working. It was so refreshing!...

「We stayed overnight to be able to be at cruise port early. Condo was great! We were able to walk straight out to beach and there was beach gear in the condo! Made a perfect short stay! Everything was clean and comfortable, communication with property management was very convenient. We’ve already discussed coming back to stay a week and enjoy cocoa beach!」

「Wonderful property and hope to come back again 」

「We arrived right in time for sunset. Checkin was seamless, just a flight of stairs up and halfway within all of the units. Rooms were cozy and convenient with a bathroom tucked to the side too. The living area was perfect for our 5 3 and 4 month old. We had friends meet us too and we all felt there was enough space to gather for a short time period. 10/10 would rent again if it was available at the same rate! I did leave my watch charger there, and haven’t been able to contact so if anyone...

「we stayed here for a couple days prior to our cruise and had a great time. the condo had everything we needed and is in close proximity to an amazing breakfast restaurant (we went twice) and in walking distance to other dinner places. there were beach chairs and umbrella available as well as sand toys for our kids.」

「This is our second stay at this property, this time our parents joined us in another unit! This unit is clean and has all the necessary items needed in the kitchen and to enjoy the beach. Steps away from the beach, we enjoyed beautiful sunrises on the beach and sunsets on the rooftop. We also enjoyed three rocket launches from the rooftop! Will be back!」

「I loved it but it was very difficult for my husband to get to the beach. Rough thick sand and even with his trekking poles it was hard. He is 83 and did try. I other the other hand loved my 6 miles daily jogs. 」

「A charming condo that is a relic to the years past. This condo has an amazing view and is on the water. Depending on the time of the year you can see the sun rise and the sunset from the balcony. 」

「This was the second time I've stayed here and just tried to get it again for next month, but it was already booked. That's all you need to know!!」

「We enjoyed the location and especially being right on the beach. Just a small 1-2 min walk. Our 4 year old loved it. We will definitely be coming back in the future.」

「It was our first time at Cocoa Beach and we loved the town. Great food, lots within walking distance. The condo is quiet and comfortable, and the view from the balcony is ideal. Umbrella and beach chair rentals are located right beside beach access and beach was not crowded. We would definitely come back.」
