「The property is extraordinarily clean and modern with beautifully maintained grounds. The host was very responsive to all communications. The unit had everything we needed and so much more. We especially loved the view off of our balcony. We will definitely stay again in the future.」

「Floors were not well cleaned, and the furniture was well used and not very comfortable. The location is not ideal for sight seeing, there is no grass/ playground for children to play in, and the place is right by a high traffic area so you hear the vehicle noise constantly. With all that said, the host was easy to get ahold of, they communicated well and seemed very polite. If you want seafood, this location is right next to a very popular restaurant/ bar. 」

「Our stay was planned for 2.5 weeks while we got our floors redone. The construction took longer and we really appreciate how accommodating you were when we needed to add extra time to our stay. Also, allowing us to bring our cats was huge! They are part of our family and really didn't want to keep them at a kennel. Great place!」

「the place was perfect. great view of river. able to see SpaceX taking off. great pool but only 1 table with an umbrella. the bed in the master bedroom was concave in the middle and very difficult to get out of. only a blender was found - no crock pot or electric hand mixer. no great metal baking dishes. all in all I would stay there again but the kitchen could use more small appliances. also no kitchen hand towels. I had to use white ones from the bathroom」

The AC did not work for three days and little help was offered. Screen door was broken upon arival and the maintenance man said they are all like that.
