「Staff refuse to speak english , or even bother to use google translate , Night Shift staff (Ahmad) seems to be running a scam with his friend , tells you that his service would cost you 75-100$ then you end up paying 300$ and he says "oh i never gave you any price". Room service doesn't seem to clean unless you specifically ask them to (but since AM staff refuses to communicate , its impossible to figure that out) , so our towels were never cleaned , we asked for a different set of towels so...
