“The property was clean and very quiet. Good sleep.”

“I had a very disappointing experience at Pearl on the Concho. The room was honestly disgusting. The bathtub wouldn’t drain, they had the A/C condensation line draining directly into the shower with a wet paper towel stuck on the end. It looked completely unprofessional and unsanitary. On top of that, the noise level was unbearable. You could hear everything especially loud music coming from the atrium which made it impossible to relax. The overall environment did not feel safe or comfortable at……

“Breakfast menu was standard for chain hotels (we thought the coffee was weak). The beds were comfortable and room size was also standard. Bathroom was a decent size with tub shower combo. Room temperature stayed as set. Two different staff experiences. Our check-in lady was rather curt but the night manager was excellent. We had a room on the first floor with a “basketball team practicing above us”. The night manager was approached at one in the morning. He apologized and graciously offered to……

“The hotel was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, I chose this property based on its reviews, and my experience did not fully match them. I arrived early for check-in and understand the room wasn’t ready, but staff knew I was already in town. When I returned a few minutes after 3 pm, the process felt completely transactional—no welcome, just my card taken and keys handed over. When I got to the room, a maintenance staff member told me to be careful with the walls……

“Front desk person on check-in good and took good care of us. Snacks were a nice touch. Coffee was probably worst. Very weak.”

“Decent place for the price good amenities hotel building needs some TLC but worth the value. Parking, convenience, beds were comfortable. Bar on site, pool area was ok. ”

Staff began walking the property at 845 as we walked out he asked if we were checking out already mind you check out isn’t until 11. As we left for a second time he came around again he was going room to room with master key checking if others had already left the property very unprofessional. Front desk staff at check in night before was very nice and welcoming ”

“Breakfast was bad, they just had waffles a few oranges and gallon of milk. Staff was bad in the am, at 7am they started knocking on my door every hour till check out and I went to let them know I’m checking out at 11 but still kept knocking.”
