「Overall it's not bad. The room is big. It seems to have been partially renovated a while ago. Except for the carpet and cabinets which are a bit old, the walls are new and the towels are very white. The room rate is about $90. I really want to give them 4.5 stars, but the parking fee is $14, which is more than the $10 a day fee next to the Denver airport, and you have to sign to pay, which gives people a bad impression. 「When we arrived the toilet would not flush without pushing on the float inside the tank. There was no water in the tank. After it filled it would flush. This happened 3 more times while we were there. The window was open on one side & the screen was broken. There was a black stain on one of the sheets. The ice maker was not working. The breakfast had very little to offer. No fruit or juice at all.」

「it was fine. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quaint and this is what you get for a small city, but it was actually very comfortable for me.」

「Not clean. Hair from previous guests all over the bathroom. Shower had no hot water (this was fixed once I contacted the front desk from my cell phone because the room phone was broken). Overall, it was rundown and I feel like I overpaid even though it was the least expensive option available. 」

「Hotel staff was very helpful and professional. Little disappointed in the breakfast. When I came down to eat, there were no scrambled eggs available, warmer was empty, newly baked biscuits were brought out after asking if any were available. While the hotel is aging, it is well maintained, clean and nice hotel.」

「Sigh...I am not delighted with the Clarion in GJT. The rate quoted was $219. The next night was $375. Close to $700 bucks for an average hotel. For this kind of money, I'd expect soap at the batheroom sink, a list of TV channels available, and no charge for parking. I wasn't terrible, just a horrible shocking price for an average property.」

「Quite little apartment with enough room for two. Wish the curtains were blackout as the early morning sun was super bright. Otherwise it was a great spot close to the college. 」

「Would NOT recommend. The hotel is definitely showing its age. Not 3-5 years, more like 30-40 years. They put a $50 per NIGHT hold on your Credit Card. Bathroom, clean, almost functional. Shower knobs sort of work. No ability for a bath. No TV, says “Weak or No Signal. Be aware, there is no one at the front desk, ever. No breakfast, but a 10% discount at the restaurant next door — for breakfast. Overall, very disappointing facility and experience. 」
