「We loved the property because of all the beautiful trees and foliage. Beautifully appointed and clean. However while at the pool the music was extremely loud and selection of songs not quality music!! This hotel is advertised as a quiet oasis for relaxation!! The music didn’t let you relax at all!!」

There were many small annoyances such as the poorly designed drains in the showers that require a call to maintenance every 2 days to clean, but I will focus on the big stuff.
