「Everything was very clean, and the room was lovely with a perfect canal view. The location is excellent—just a one-minute walk from the bus stop, which saved me from a lot of walking. Both the service and breakfast were wonderful. You walk to the next building for breakfast, but it only takes a minute. It is definitely worth staying here.」

「Excellent instructions on how to get to property. Great communication. The were 2 things that I didn’t liked. One the room smelled like smoke and host informed that was cleaned. It was cleaned , but every time we came back it smell like smoke. Second I selected pay @ property and tgey send mexa link. Nobody was @ property. Just for people to be aware of this. 」

「The sound insulation is bad. Breakfast is very normal and simple. When I checked out, unfortunately I forgot to take my clothes in my room, when I go back and got my clothes back, all the money I put inside was gone, so I didn't feel good. The only advantage is that it's close to St. Mark's Square. The overall evaluation is very bad.」

「Posizione molto comoda per visitare sia la città, leggermente al di fuori dei grandi flussi turistici ma comunque vicina alle principali attrazioni, sia per prendere il traghetto verso Murano e Burano. Struttura antica e suggestiva, recentemente rinnovata, con camere semplici ma dotate di tutto il necessario, bollitore incluso. Il bagno in particolare è nuovo di zecca, con ottima doccia. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo, soprattutto in bassa stagione. Un indirizzo da scoprire e ricordare!」

「The room was ok. However, it did say I would have a private bath, which I interpreted to Maine and en suite bath. That was not the case. I was given a key to my bathroom so that it was private, but it was across the hall. There are also six flights of stairs and the lighting is on the timer and if you take too long, you will find yourself in pitch black darkness.」
