We really enjoyed our stay. The room was perfect! The location was ideally located. The staff was incredibly helpful with directions and making transportation arrangements. Breakfast was delicious. We greatly appreciated the cool AC!

Beautiful property in Venice. Clean rooms and very helpful staff. The hotel helped us with transportation to and from the airport and we had an issue with our hot water the first morning and it was addressed quickly and fixed by the time we were back from our exploring that day. We didn’t eat breakfast at the property but everything was really walkable from here so lots of food options nearby. If we get lucky to come back to Venice some day, we would be happy to stay here again.

The room was clean and was functional. Breakfast was ok for the price. Overall, good choice when you are spending only a few nights. Individual beds were in a second floor, no wheelchair accesible and steep stairs.

A brilliant location for exploring Venice on foot (and by boat, if you're prepared for the cost!). The staff were very helpful and we all managed to communicate, despite us speaking zero Italian. The only, tiny, fault we found was that the part of the hotel we were in was separate f on the main hotel - so we had to leave the building in order to go to reception. However, the air conditioning was a life saver in the extreme heat!

Not great but not horrible. Definitely paying for the location. The rooms were not soundproofed. Was up all night with other guests being loud and the front desk isn’t manned after hours to have them deal with it. Staff was nice and the rooms were clean. So whether to stay here comes down to what’s more important-good location or upscale rooms.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Hotel is right by the Accademia bridge & water taxi stop. Walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Staff were lovely when we arrived, stored our bags safe until our room was ready. The receptionist was kind enough to loan us an I’m umbrella. Hotel has its own jetty which was useful. Breakfast was basic but fresh. Only negative points- the street was a bit noisy early in the mornings and having to pay $10 to store your luggage if you have a late flight. But overall love the hotel and would highly recommend
