「The pool was dirty, the hotel didn’t resemble what I saw online. Everything was old. I would not be staying at this location again. Very disappointed. I paid for a bigger room with more beds and was charge more when I got the property. Not a good a experience. The last night I was there there was a group of people doing karaoke, it was super loud and it when on till 11pm, took a while to get some rest.」

「It’s a scam company together with Casa Luna. Paid a 9.4 hotel and got sent to Casa Luna, their low rate hostel. I tried Casa Luna on a previous trip. Unless you noice levels like a Turkish bazar on two sides of your room. A dirty stinky filthy kitchen across and no services at all. Even on my strong complaints the staff gives a damn. No refund offered, no apology. And…. Antique Luna was still available 2 hours later. Scam artists 」

「Made a reservation and once I got to this place the old guy from reception told me there was no reservation under my name!!!!!」

「Beautiful views, incredible staff, and lovely pools. Remember to pack a towel because no pool towels were provided in the rooms (and you’ll definitely want one). There was also a wedding on the property with very loud music that went from afternoon to late at night, which impacted the peace of our stay. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place.」

「The hotel amenities are modern and the grounds are well maintained. The volcan views are amazing. The food options are varied from typical meals to international ones for all tastes. The room are spacious and very comfortable. Overall a great experience at a very affordable price. If you're walking the volcan trail in the morning I definitely recommend to stay at the hotel to rest, enjoy the food and views after the walk!」

「This place was beautiful and a nice place! The pictures are accurate. But I do have to mention the negatives. 1) I didn’t realize it’s in a farther area of the lake where there’s nothing around it. I would never have walked outside, didn’t look safe as a tourist. So your limited to transportation to get in and out and takes around 20min on a dirt road to exit that area. Theres a more populated touristy area across the lake on the other side. 2) One of the most pathetic things from this hotel,...

「Hele mooie locatie. Grote kamers met prachtig uitzicht. Mooi zwembad. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Met uitzondering van 1 van de mannen bij de parking die erg chagrijnig is. Heel vreemd dat als je met 4 personen boekt er slechts 2 ontbijten inclusief zijn. Truc van Expedia?」
