"We had 2 rooms up the hill with a lap pool infront. View was gorgeous. Lots of bird viewings. Room comfortable but needs a chair or 2. Outside walkway between room and lap pool about 3 feet. Staff amazing. Breakfast and dinner good at hotel. Did not visit lake side. Wood around lap pool is rotting. Need a car or driver. Takes a while for water to get hot in shower. "

"The room was clean, spacious. It felt like an apartment. Omg the itzalco volcano right there. It was amazing, the pear dessert so good.
The staff was so attentive and friendly. I had a massage and ingrid was so nice. Sje came to my room with the massage table and aromatherary. I will definetly come back."
