Great stay at Hotel Juayua!

Great overnight stay in Juayua. The hotel was a wonderful place to stay; breakfast was yummy, showers were warm, beer available on site… what else can I say. Easy walk from the hotel to the centro if you are interested in exploring. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little hotel with charming staff. Good breakfast. For us it was a short drive to the town plaza but others were walking there. It was a Sunday so the plaza was vibrant with activity!

This was such a great hotel. The views from the balcony room were so beautiful. I think we were the only guests at the time of our stay, we stayed two nights. It was very peaceful. They offered made to order breakfast that they brought to the room for us. They also had a restaurant that they let us decide if we wanted to eat in our room or at the restaurant. Location is great for the town. Everything we had was really good. The town is great to see the authentic culture of El Salvador. There is a bar, restaurants, and shops. We did not visit Santa Ana, but we did visit Cafe Albania in Apaneca which was only a 30 min uber. Overall, this a great place to stay, great beds, great views. Something different than the expensive commercial hotels.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The food prepared by the hotel kitchen was very good. The hotel is in walking distance of all shopping and restaurants. The hotel was very secure and safe. Overall, this hotel was a great accommodation for a stay in Juayúa.

Check in and out was easy, friendly staff. Safe 12 min walk to downtown Juayua. Spectacular views of volcanoes and amazing sunrise from balcony room 2. highly recommend because other towns Apaneca, Nahuizalco, and Ataco are within short drives.

Had a wonder stay at this hotel. The food was authentic and delicious. The ladies went above and beyond for us and it was greatly appreciated. The view is amazing first thing in the morning. Also a fan of the rain shower!

Beautiful hotel, beautiful view of the city, great rooms, community spaces to connect with other guests or "friends" from the city. Staff is polite and friendly. Love the two cats hanging out at the checking in area. Only dislike is patch of road leading up to hotel... not paved so bump and hard to walk

Amazing views. Great service. Suggestion for improvement - providing a self-service coffee station in the reception area starting at 6 AM so early-riser guests don't have to wait till 7.30 to get the room service coffee or till 8 AM for the breakfast coffee .

Great views

Beautiful grounds, views. Over priced but very clean and the pool is great. There is not much light in the room and the table space too small. No ice available. Beds are comfortable and the private balcony is nice

The hotel was in a great location, very quiet and close to the centre. The view was spectacular. Unfortunately we didn’t have a view from our balcony. Breakfast was good but the coffee was terrible. Our room was only cleaned once. We ate in the restaurant one evening and that was great

We loved it as we pulled up to it. Its on a narrow dead end street so theres no traffic. We loved the grounds - all very clean. The only gripe we had was the classic room. It was more its had enough lets rebuild this... Cute at first glance, then you notice you can hear everything outside and in the lobby area, Then you start to notice theres daylight coming through the walls and floorand the door is a squealer. It had a shower head heater device that worked ok although the shower area has a open wall were a window should be. They call it rustic, sure is. This is more to make you aware of what to expect from the classic room. We did stay in another one of their rooms for 1 night and it was fantastic. Modern and beautifully decorated it also allowed wonderful views of the volcanoes. We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfasts are delicious, the coffee is great and the staff is wonderful.
