Staff are nice and friendly in general. The room and the whole building seem a bit old, may need replenish. Breakfast is disappointing as lack of food varieties and most of them are cold. Coffee is not good. Room quality and cleanliness are not great. Mould appears to bathroom. Duvet is dirty and broke. The size and situation of the swimming pool and the gym are excellent. Only few minutes distance to a big supermarket. Hotel provide free shuttle to beach which is brilliant.

We really enjoyed this stay! The pools were very nice and large and the staff was amazing. They were always very attentive and around when we needed something. The hotel had a great location, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who assisted with our late check-In
