「Convenient location. Friendly & helpful staff」

「I discovered that bathing products didn't be renewed, one-third of conditioner is being used and left with some white dried conditioner. Disgusting dirt was unclened around the garbage bin in washroom. Floor near bathroom got moudly. I couldn't expect these happened in a 5 star hotel. Hotel do need to be reconditioned, obsolete impression. Other than that, view of acropolis was great, staff were nice, breakfast buffet tasted average 」

「沐浴居然無擋水，沐浴完畢整個浴室地台會全濕，非常不方便。而最糟糕的是我放在行李箱內的現金HKD2000會被偷去，酒店方面承諾跟進，但我回家差不多已一星期還未收到回覆。在酒店遇到小偷，而且我肯定是酒店員工做的。奉勸準備入住這酒店的朋友，務必小心。」

「We received warm welcome the day and staff were always friendly and willing to help. The hotel is at great location, closed to the Acropolis and there are so many restaurants around. The room isn’t big but it’s cozy and clean. I will still choose to stay at Hera hotel if I visit Athens next time. It’s a lovely hotel.」

「I stayed in the hotels 3 nights but was charged 5 nights.. and still cannot get my refund after 4 months.. terrible management. The overall environment is ok except they forced you to move to another hotel called Athenaeum Palace Hotel which is in the opposite side of the road. 」

「Amazing from the minute we got there. The views were incredible from the terrace. It was a walking distance to the main historical monuments. Lots of good places and grocery shops nearby. The staff were fantastic- especially Chloe and the house keeper. We would recommend this place highly to everyone! The cleanliness and aura of this place was outstanding! They also have extras like an iron, hairdryer, coffee machine, kettle and kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine (€5 per load)....

「Localisation intéressante, à proximité du tram, du bus, et du quartier de l’acropole. Pas de réception, attention de bien obtenir le code d’accès à l’établissement. Literie de bonne qualité, peignoirs, chaussons. Le jacuzzi est pré-réglé à 40 degrés c’est trop chaud… la terrasse mériterait un ou deux transats. Nous recommandons cet hébergement 」
