"Beautiful pool and beach area. Nighttime parties and dance clubs are geared towards a younger crowd. Buffets are good but are repetitive, and close at 10:00. No room service or late night snack options other than hot dogs and cheese nachos. Beautiful location and stunning views of the sunrise and sunset. "

"Our room was nice. Upgraded to a junior suite with ocean view top floor. Room was clean and spacious. The food quality and options were not good. I think for the price there are much better options than this resort "

"We had a mountain view room on a higher floor which mean we couldn't hear any street traffic. The property is in a fantastic location next to several malls and movie theaters if you feel like going off the resort. The beach is in excellent condition and the pools are well maintained. Only thing that I found disappointing was the condition of the gym. Lots of the cardio equipment was in need of repair and there wasn't a lot of weights to chose from."

"I’ve been to many hotels in Mexico, The velas did not disappoint. As far as the resort I would go back every year. We went as a family with about 10kids total, this is a definitely older crowd who gave the kids crusties when they splash them with a ball or screamed too loud. There were a few families and the family atmosphere is great! Very accommodating to large groups at dinner and always taking care of us. "

Pour les foodies, l’emplacement est également idéal : il y a une offre gastronomique exceptionnelle dans les restaurants aux alentours, avec des options pour tous les goûts et tous les budgets — des petites adresses locales authentiques jusqu’aux restaurants plus raffinés. Le service est excellent : attentionné, chaleureux et professionnel. On ressent véritablement être authentiquement au Mexique, dans l’accueil, l’ambiance et l’énergie du lieu. Je recommande cet établissement à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre une expérience confortable, accessible et profondément authentique sur la côte Pacifique. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter ! 🌊"
