Very short walk to the beach & you do NOT have to cross the highway, which is a huge bonus with small kids. In most town homes you hear your neighbors at all hours, but not here! Super quiet and comfortable. Plenty of kid friendly items, which made it feel very homey. Lots of extras in the kitchen, which was super helpful when we cooked meals in.
