Family/60th Bday Visit

We used to live in the area of the VRBO so was wonderful to share and experience where we used to live and the location is perfect for walking to the parks, shopping, restuarants, easy inexpensive uber rides to places further out like Chipultelac Park, Coyacon, etc. Concierge was wonderful daily. It was a lot hotter than normal in Mexico City, no A/C which is pretty normal there, for travelers not used to it, the fans cooled it at night. Could use a few more fans during the hotter days though. Another wonderful part was the water filter machine! I would recommend to others. It was very roomy, cozy, and fun. Plenty of room the 7 of us!!!

Great location but difficult check in and inaccurate listing

The listing describes this property as a 5 bed, 3 bath apartment, which is incorrect. It's a 3 bed 2 bath apartment. The place is great and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Unfortunately the host never sent me any check in details prior to our arrival. I gave the host a heads up 3 hours prior to our arrival with our ETA and asked about check in details and parking. No response. I waited 2 hours and tried calling. No answer but the host did message me asking if we had arrived and told me that they couldn't take a call. At this point the host could have shared the check in details that I asked for in my previous messages, but they didn't. Finally, right before we were about to arrive, they let me know that someone was waiting at the apartment for us. It would have been nice to have information ahead of time on the unit #, door code, parking arrangement, etc. to save myself some anxiety of not knowing if we were going to be able to get into the property.
