The lights by the bed did not work and it was quite dim in the room. There was no working outlet to lug in my cpap so I had to stretch the cord across the room. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was unremarkable and cost me $17 when I was led to believe it was included.

Staff gave me a real early check in which was greatly appreciated Free shuttle to the airport was a bonus although shuttle driver let me struggle lifting a suitcase up 3 large steps to get on

Very convenient for the airport, I stayed for an overnight layover. I think the shuttle should run slightly more frequently. Not everyone could get on the shuttle by the time they shuttle visited the sister property next door. The property was undergoing renovations so there may be improvement to the appearance in the near future. Breakfast starts at 7 which might be a little late for people trying to make early morning flights. Dinning options were not great but adequate. The staff were all friendly, courteous and professional .

Driver went by us at the airport doing 40 miles an hour No mater how much we signaled and shouted he just kept going Called the hotel to see if he could turn back and the front desk guy lied and said it was because it was full and that anither one would be right back There was almost no people at the airport as it was 1130 pm and no other van came

I only stayed in the room for 4 hours. It really wasn’t worth the price however it is very close the rental car and airport. I tried taking a shower 4am and the knob got stuck, i haven’t even gotten in yet. The water was extremely hot it was impossible to get in. Nobody was at the front desk nor answering but after waiting about 20 mins he finally came. He was very accommodating and gave me a room across for shower. Other than that it was okay

Be aware. The hotel is nothing like the pictures in Expedia. This is the first time this happens to us. The hotel is under construction, but that’s not the worst part. The room was dirty (there was a piece of floss on the floor right by the door), the walls were dirty and unfinished. This hotel is the same price range as Marriot, Hampton Inn and others, but the standard is much lower. Our party is traveling with a toddler and a pregnant woman and we didn’t feel safe. We checkout and had to find a new hotel at 9 pm. Really bad experience.

We arrived April 29th the first room assigned to us was dirty had food containers still in room, eye lashes on bathroom floor hair all over bathroom floor. And white stains all over the floor from bathroom to bed. They changed our room only to enter yet another dirty room there was hair all over the floor, bugs crawling up the wall because the balcony door was left opened, and open coffee by the coffee maker. The front desk guys says "oh thats not that bad could be like the first room" Day 2 April 30th we leave hotel @10am we put the do not disturb sign on door for them not to enter our room. We get back From mall to see our room has been entered even after we asked it not to be. We also noticed that our thing hand been gone through and was laid out and we had things put away. We informed front desked they assured us that for the remainder of our stay no one should eneter our room.Day 3 we depart hotel about 1/1:30 headed to south beach for the day once we returned (10:30pm)we noticed yet again our room had been entered and our things gone through again. At this point we decided to cut our trip short and just leave.

Loved that there is a restaurant Catch of the Day, right on the corner of the street beside the hotel. I could walk there and there is plenty of entertainment. I did feel safe going out by myself around the area. I enjoyed it. The hotel offered free shuttle to airport as well as a 15USD shuttle to the cruise port. It is a good service to have at the hotel since a lot of client go on cruises, I did not have to plan much to get to the terminal.

There was no pool service, I ran into many women there that appeared to have had surgery. They were in blood stained attire. Very unsanitary. Definitely not a vacation hotel.

This place was horrible. The rooms all smelt like smoke cigarettee. My bathroom was not cleaned. The toilet had pee on it. The staff was extremely rude. The rooms were so dirty. The pillows had this plastic material inside them and it was so loud and gross. The airport shuttle never came after we were told it would be 20 minutes. We waited almost an hour and had to finally Uber. I would never stay here again.
