The hotel facilities are clean and comfortable. The lobby provides hot tea, iced water, and coffee throughout the day, which is a nice touch. The room was clean and well maintained, and the double-bed room actually has two large beds, which is more than sufficient for a family stay.
However, the check-in process was poorly organized, which significantly affected our experience. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and understood that check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., so we registered in advance and left...

「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...

「Would not recommend this hotel. The room set up is very awkward and poor. The queen rooms have 2 beds in an L-shape. Can only to the window shade, by climbing on the bed at the foot. The chain for the shade is at the head of the bed. There are no side tables. No desk or console to place items. No chair to sit in. If 4 people stayed in the room, only one person would be able to get in and out of a bed "normal." Everyone else has to either climb over a person or get in crawling from the...

「I received clear instructions on how to check in and connect to the Wi-Fi in advance, so I had no concerns. Even though I arrived late at night, the check-in process was very smooth and easy.
I also felt reassured knowing that the host was always available and responsive whenever I needed assistance.
Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality!」
