"This is the fourth time I stayed at a CitizenM, twice at this location, and each stay the room never gets cold enough. "

"I, along with my client, was deeply disappointed by this stay and by Hyatt overall. As a renowned global hotel brand, I expected a basic standard of cleanliness and upkeep that simply was not met. When I arrived, there were what appeared to be fried chicken crumbs all over the desk and chair, which I had to clean myself. When I went to adjust the thermostat, the floor beneath it was soaking wet with what I hope was water. The bathroom door had several black hairs stuck to it that were clearly not mine. The tub barely drained, and there was rust around both the faucet and the drain. The overall impression was bleak and poorly maintained. I was in town for work and meeting with a client, and after a long travel day, I did not have the energy to request a room change, especially not knowing whether another room would be any better. Based on what my client shared, it seemed we were all dealing with similarly unclean rooms and drainage issues. I will be traveling to Miami frequently for work, and I will not be staying at this Hyatt again."

"Pros: Hotel is in a great location and parking is available across the street for $20 a day. Cons: Room was a little dirty (hair in the shower), staff was so-so, hotel is definitely dated. Overall: You definitely get what you pay for (cheapest in downtown)"

"The whole stay was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable and with a great view , only thing that seemed to be a bit bothering us was smell coming from toilet , even tho it was all clean . Other then that beautifully spent week in the apartment."
