"This was, without question, one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had, especially for a property that claims to be five-star. From the start, there was a complete lack of organization and accountability. I booked multiple rooms, and the staff couldn’t even keep basic details straight. To make matters worse, I was later charged a “late checkout fee” despite checking out on time, clearly the result of their internal confusion, not anything I did. What’s most frustrating is that no one bothered to notify me or verify anything before applying the charge. For a hotel at this level, this kind of sloppy handling of guest accounts is unacceptable. Customer service was equally underwhelming, slow to respond, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for obvious mistakes. A five-star hotel should deliver precision, professionalism, and respect for its guests. This place failed on all three. I would not stay here again and would strongly caution others to double-check their bills, because clearly, they don’t."

"It was walking distance form our event at the Kaseya Center - so convenient "

"Honestly I wanted to like this property but we had several big issues: 1. The room was not updated like the pictures online suggested. That was the whole reason we booked here and paid $3k roughly for it. 2. Our bed was broken when we got in (we slept one night on it and realized it right away and pushed the mattress up to see and saw the broken joists under it to confirm) and we asked the desk 3 times to come check on it the next day and they never did. 3. The bathroom was very rough with toilet making strange sounds and no hot water on the 3rd day in the shower 4. Elevators were TINY and getting in and out was hard with as many people as they were accommodating at this busy time. 5. We had 4 people in a room and when we checked in we only got 1 card - we asked for 2 minimum and they said no? We ideally needed 3 or 4 cards as we all split up and did our own things over the weekend. We had to keep asking for more cards all weekend long. It was very strange. Only good thing was its proximity to BayFront for ultra and the bar downstairs. "

"Great Staff A little dusty in the room and I found a hair strand that wasn’t mine the second I came in the room and we were placed in a room with broken lights thankfully staff helped us promptly and was so sweet "

"The room was clean and in a great location to the cruise ships but the area around the hotel is old and nothing close for dining. The front desk staff was nice but hard to understand and not very helpful. The bar was not open all day. The free breakfast was as expected, did the job. There was a lot of river party noise, that I did not mind but some might."

"Great stay, room was very clean and nice. Only thing is breakfast means you eat a $24 prix fix menu of small bits and bobs (ie some cheeses, bagels, mixed meats, yogurt, and fruit.) there isn’t any hot options for the prepaid for breakfast. Other than that everything was excellent"
