「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...

「Agradecemos que nos hayan entregado temprano la habitación, pues veníamos muy cansados del crucero; pero no asearon la habitación en nuestra estancia de dos noches. Es un tema la alberca, hay que bajar a nivel calle para tomar elevador al último piso, y allá no hay quien atienda ni forma de solicitar bebidas. El internet nunca funcionó bien, te conecta pero no sirve. La habitación demasiado minimalista, ni closet tiene.

「Overall, the place is okay. The rooms are clean, but the issue is in the details. I always check the bed first, since that’s often the least clean part. Unfortunately, I found stains and hairs on the bedsheet and pillowcases, which made it impossible for me to sleep on.
