“Very nice property manager who helped a lot when we checked in. The location and the view is so good that we definitely will come back again. Parking is difficult and expensive here. Parking in the buildings nearby is recommended. ”

“This is a great little spot close to everything. You can walk to multiple restaurants, bars and a Walgreens close by or a short Uber ride to Calle Ocho, Bayside or South Beach. They offer one free parking spot that is much appreciated. The host was great! Available to us 24/7 and always responsive and kind. Apartment was fully equipped (kitchen and bathroom with hairdryer etc.) and clean- we did not need anything except a full-length mirror, but I believe that will be remedied soon. The shower……

“The room was spotless, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The building is in a perfect location. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Highly recommended.”

“Our reservation was cancelled by the host as we were on our way from the airport to the unit. The host said it was due to "maintenance" issues. I find it hard to believe they didn't have any advanced notice. On top of that we were supposed to receive a full refund 5-10 days later. It's been a month & no refund. Stay clear of this one. Total ripoff.”
