“Very nice property manager who helped a lot when we checked in. The location and the view is so good that we definitely will come back again. Parking is difficult and expensive here. Parking in the buildings nearby is recommended. ”

“Location and view 10 out of 10!!! We stayed at this property for 4 days before our Royal Caribbean cruise out of Port Miami. The port is a 10 minute uber ride. The location is safe to walk around. The mall is a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. The mall area has tons of restaurants PF Changs, Chipotle, Starbucks etc. There is a small convenience store next to the condo. We ordered Amazon Fresh and they delivered the groceries and water to our door step within 5 hours. Definitely a must!!……

“Loved this property. My family had an amazing time. Only issues i had was i couldnt initially connect to the Wifi, and how long it took for deposit to return back to my account. Other than that...i highly recommend this stay because it was super clean and near everything!!”

“Absolutely unreal place, with an exceptional view. Comfy beds, lots of space, and the building is in the perfect location to access whatever you need. Im still shocked we were able to stay here. It’s so nice and the host was incredibly accommodating and communicative when a part of the party arrived early! Thank you so much and I can’t wait to stay here again ”

“Fijne accommodatie. Appartement zit midden in het centrum van Miami, waar makkelijk 6 personen in kunnen verblijven. Ruim en schoon. Wel gehorig als je op de slaapbank slaapt, maar daar is rekening mee gehouden dmv oordopjes en slaapmaskers. Communicatie met Mint House verloopt prima en snel! Er zit 24/7 een conciërge in de lobby. Als je bang bent voor honden dan moet je niet hier verblijven, in de flat zitten meerdere honden welke je regelmatig tegenkomt in de lift. Prima locatie, dichtbij de……

“The property was beautiful! We traveled as a family of 4 and there was more that enough space for everyone. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable & The kitchen was well equipped. It's a short walk to many shops and restaurants. Our host were amazing from beginning to end. We left a iPhone and apple watch and they went out of they're way to find our items and ship them back to us. We can't wait to stay here again. ”
