"Nice clean room. A little worn but comfortable. Room was a little warm even though air conditioning was set at 67. Staff was welcoming and friendly! Conveniently located across the street from Bayside, wonderful restaurant and shopping options, in addition to various tours. "

"Nice clean room, front desk staff Alex and Aneudys were awesome and very helpful with the area. Dollar General is up the street if you forgot something a quick 5 min walk away. 24hr security on site is nice too. "

"This hotel is beautiful!! So clean and comfortable. Loved the pool and hot tub- not to mention the view from the lap pool. The staff, they are amazing!! We did not eat here but I bet the food was great too. So close to the Kasey center where we went to see Billie Eilish, 2 block walk. Will def stay here everytime I come to Miami"

"If you’re here for a cruise this is the perfect spot! Only gave four stars for lack of elevators and then to add to it one of the only two wasnt working. Dining is extra and kind of high also but the food is good and shuttle to port of Miami is reasonable. "
