  • Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

    Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

    Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

    Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Amazing views. Property is clean and well maintained. It's literally a 1 minute walk from the pool to the beach. Check in was easy, and the staff were very helpful and polite. Parking is a bit higher than other places but the rentals are cheaper than others so it works out.

I recently stayed at a property that unfortunately did not meet the expectations set by its online listing. We arrived at 2:00 PM, aware that check-in was at 4:00 PM, but were not allowed to check in until 4:20 PM, despite assurances that our room would be ready early.In the evening, we were informed that no new sheets were available, and the ones in our room were stained. The so-called “comforters” were actually threadbare blankets. Our host ignored requests for information regarding the sheets and the refrigerator seal, which was nearly detached, causing condensation and spoiling leftovers.Toilet paper was only accessible from 7 AM to 4 PM, forcing us to purchase it ourselves outside these hours. The kitchen was poorly equipped, making cooking impractical, and the cabinet doors and handles were sticky and unclean.Mold was present in both bathrooms behind the mirrors, which were the only mirrors in the unit. The listing pictures did not match our unit, and they appear to be stock photos. The dining room chairs were dirty and unstable. The beach staff was unfriendly when we had to wake him for an umbrella, and there were hair strands on the bathroom wall.Additionally, only four towels were provided for a room that accommodates six people, and we were not informed until we asked that we had to use the laundry service for replacements, available only from 7 AM to 4 PM. Overall, the experience was disappointing , and I don’t recommend it to others.
