「Beautiful property and felt very safe for our family」

「We stayed with Vin for a month. This is a cozy apartment in a very clean and safe neighborhood. Cold A/C, Hot water for showers, memory foam mattress and Roku TV. Small but full kitchen and laundry room too! We were walking distance to dozens of restaurants, from fine dining to Papa Johns to Kentucky Fried Chicken. Publix, CVS, and Office depot less than a mile away. Most importantly, your host, Vin, will respond personally should you have any questions or concerns.」

「East is a gorgeous hotel with great location and access to all Brickell has to offer. Rooms are stunning, we had a residential suite one bedroom city view. Louder noise from cars on the city view side was a bit much at night so a higher view or bayside view would be our choice next stay but overall highly recommended. 」

「Coming off of a cruise, I worried about having a "horror story". However, Sergio and family really cares and it shows!. The place is well taken care of and spacious. For a party of 4, we weren't cramped at all. All of the essentials from cookware to washer and dryer is there onsite which was a HUGE help. You have the privacy of it being your own and the communication before arrival and thereafter was A1!. The Cabin is but 20 mins away from MIA international Airport which was very convenient. ...

「I am not so happy while checking in with front desk. bellboy is so helpful and friendly. Room service is not good, I found there are two pieces of dirty paper just in the middle of my room after cleaning! Room is modern 」

「I read some negative reviews and I almost canceled my stay here. I'm glad I didn't as the property is very nice, clean, and well organized. Breakfast and coffee were great, the location was amazing, and overall everything worked well. I stayed on the 12th floor and although not the newest building everything was maintained properly. I would stay here again.」
