Great apartment and location. Beautiful view from the balcony of Key Biscayne and the sunrise over South Beach. Free parking a huge plus!

Very nice apartment, clean with great view. Comfortable furniture and large bathrooms and plenty of closet space. Did a weekend with 5 guests, 2 kings and couch for 5th there was air mattress available but didn’t use it. Washer and dryer nice plus. Upscale restaurants in bldg and easy walking area. Parking garage had lots of parking and the roof top pool had full sun, many bldg only get an hour or two due to other bldg blocking sun this one is on roof. Small balcony had table w/ 3 chairs nice addition.
