We own and manage every aspect of this beachfront, pooled, property for the past 30 years now. We offer an amazing beach/pool experience with very competitive rates including our loyal seasonal guests. Short term & long term stays ate also available, please ask Jose. We will deliver a clean and Spacious Ocean Front Unit with a fantastic ocean view at an excellent rate. Snacks and water are provided with every booking.
Unit features 50" UHD SmarTV, FREE private wifi, Induction Cooking stove, Large Refrigerator, Toaster Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Dual Sink, Beach Cooler, Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Blow Dryer, Iron and much more. Sit by the the beach shore or sit by the pool, we've got you covered.
We are licensed by the City of Miami Beach and the State of Florida. Our seasonal and return guests solidify our commitment to deliver the beach experience like no other. We are so very grateful for all of our guests and want them to enjoy all of what Miami Beach has to offer.
Early check-in & out policies:
Please request any early or late times in advance. Fees are a separate item and must be paid in advance.
We offer a 3pm check-in time, but if an earlier check-in is desired or needed and it is available, you may request one of the following check-in options:
Noon $95
1 pm $65
2pm $35
Check-in is at 3 pm, not 4 pm
Check-out at 11 a.m., not 10 am.
Check out time is at 11 am, but if you desire or need a later checkout time and it is available, you may request as follows:
Up to a 1pm checkout $95
After 1 p.m. , regular room rates would apply unless we do not have a guest check-in that day, in which case a check-out time of 3pm would apply for $130.00. The fees are basically to expedite the cleaning services because we can no longer guarantee our next guest a 3pm check-in time.

Unit also offers a spacious queen-size bed, small couch/love seat, writing desk w desk chair, and an extra large and secure walk-in closet for storing clothes, luggage, and/or any additional personal items The closet may be locked by the guest with the key. Complete and fully equipped kitchen with enough room for 6.
All linens are provided, including the beach towels, along with certain toiletry items as are dishware.
The new windows are very warm with a welcoming atmosphere emphasizing comfort and convenience in a beach environment. Nicely equipped to give a feeling of being on vacation with all of the luxuries you would expect from home.
