The Total includes taxes, departure cleaning fee, Wi-Fi.

Dated property
The building and property are dated. The only updated part is the gym. The condo itself is very dated. Kitchen is small. The view is limited. Property manager was flexible with our plans.

Great stay!
This location was great for families just coming to relax. The kids enjoyed the beach and pool. The boardwalk was close. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area!

Nice large condo, great for a family of 4. A little in need of repair and a thorough cleaning though. Good communication with property manager and very easily accessible.

Nice area for vacation and good communication!
We planned our trip with fairly short notice (within 3 weeks of travelling) and were lucky to find this place. It was in a decent neighborhood and within walking distance of decent restaurants. The pool was nice and warm, short walk to the beach, very nice and helpful doormen. We had great communication with the property manager and an easy checkin experience. Cleanliness of the condo was fairly decent; it seems like the picture of the kitchen on the listing as well as the view from the balcony was different than the condo we were placed in - but overall it all worked out and we had a really nice vacation. Would recommend!

Great area, greT fun, filthy kitchen and bed spread.
Property was very nice, other than the dirty kitchen and bed spread in king room.. cleaning person should be fired. Way over charged for cleaning service is a gross over charge if not clean.
