Amazing one bedroom ocean and intercoastal view

Beautiful one bedroom apt with specious private balconies. Amazing view of the ocean and intercoastal throughout the apt. The apartment offers a specious liviningroom, dinning area and kitchen. Washer machine dryer and dishwasher also available in the apartment. Resort is within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping centers. The building offers free shuttle to the beach starting at 9:00am. Parking fee is $35.00 per night up to 3 nights, $25.00 per night from 3 to 7 nights and $175.00 for 7 nights up to 31 days one time fee. No resort fee. You are within 15 minutes to Fort Lauderdale international airport.

Good for the price

I was hoping the other reviews weren’t true, but the property is dirty and neglected especially the floors and balcony. The slider doesn’t lock. The elevator does take forever and it was only valet parking. For the price I cant complain too much. It did have a large balcony with a beautiful view. Having a small kitchen and washer and dryer was great.

Could've been cleaner. Dirty sheets.

The condo could be kept up better. Some paint, mold on the vent, dirty balcony. Discovered nasty, dirty sheets and ended up washing the bedding myself. Location is great, amazing views, great service from employees in the building, the condo just could've been better. I dislike having to write a not so good review, but someone needs to pay more attention to the condo.
