The house was great for large group needing a place to stay before sailing out on a cruise. Everything was as pictured and very clean. Communicating with the host was easy and was very responsive. Will stay here again.

The house was lovely. There is driveway parking, easy access to the home, plenty of towels, huge tv, and other great amenities such as an iron. I had a few questions that were quickly answered by the owner. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

We opened the door after using the keypad and was hit with a strong smell of marijuana even though it was clearly marked with “No smoking” signs. We had to chuckle at the irony of that. We pulled out a drawer in the bathroom and there was a 1/2 smoked joint left there. There also were ashes left on the side table in another room from a cigarette or joint, not sure which. So no big deal, we aren’t prudes, just observation upon entering the unit. One bedroom had a baby crib we wanted to use, but couldn’t find sheets for it, so we used sheets off 4th bed we weren’t going to use. The headboard in the 4th bedroom was broken or came unscrewed as it set uneven and slanted to the one side. (Took pictures so we wouldn’t be accused of damage). When taking sheets off, pulled grey comforter off and noticed a stain on the sheet that definitely looked like bodily fluids of the sexual nature. Glad we didn’t need anyone to sleep there. There was a used bar of soap on the floor in master bathroom and stains on towels that were left in 4th bedroom. The place was clean and suitable for our one night stay. We had no problem with staying here. However, upon waking up, my family noticed their pajamas smelled of marijuana. (They slept in the bedroom with baby crib. )Overall, our stay was fine and met our needs. Just not sure the owner is getting it cleaned and maintained like it should be between guests.
