★ IMPORANT: The building permits only monthly stays, necessitating an application for finalizing reservations. Each booking undergoes a review by the building management. Upon reservation, we'll forward the required building application.

Situated in Miami's trendy Brickell district just off the renowned Brickell Avenue. Enjoy a short walk to the vibrant shops, dining, and nightlife of Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre. By car, you're only 20 minutes away from some of Miami’s most iconic destinations, including South Beach, Coconut Grove, Wynwood, and Miami International Airport.

Brickell City Centre: 5 minutes
Bayfront Park: 1 mile
Miami International Airport (MIA): 15-minute drive
Kaseya Center: 1.3 miles

★ PRIMARY BEDROOM (LOFT):
Features two Queen beds, ample closet space, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with spectacular views. A twin bed is also tucked away in a nook for additional sleeping accommodations.
★ BEDROOM 2 (MAIN LEVEL):
Queen bed, ample closet space, and lots of natural light.
★ LIVING ROOM:
Comfortable sofa, TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows, and work station. Open concept with dining space and balcony access with partial water views.
★ AMENITIES:
Guests will enjoy a range of premium amenities, including 24-hour security, a three-level fitness center, two swimming pools, a business center, a spa, and a clubhouse.
★ PARKING:
The property includes a designated parking spot.
★ PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY:
Front desk package holding available, excluding mailbox key access.
★ SAFETY:
CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols strictly followed. Exterior surveillance cameras for added security.
★ IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
All amenities located on the lobby floor. Pool with bay views. Guest registration with the hotel required 24 hours before arrival.
★ PROVISIONS:
Essentials provided, including WiFi, Smart TVs, ironing set, portable crib, and starter toiletries. Note: Washcloths and kitchen towels not included.
★ GUEST SCREENING:
A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted.

The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities.
