We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper. Additional rolls will need to be purchased by the guest.
No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. (A $250 smoking fine applies.)
No Parties
Parties and events are not allowed.
Cleaning Policy
For all bookings exceeding 10 days, additional cleaning fees will apply to cover mandatory cleanings during your stay. Please contact the host prior to booking to verify the total number of cleanings applicable for longer stays.
Please note that in condominium towers like ours, occasional repairs and maintenance may occur, which are beyond our control. Additionally, some units within the building may be undergoing renovations, which could result in intermittent noise during business hours.
