Everything about property was disgusting. It had thickness around this whole property including the rooms. It was so bad they should not be renting these rooms out!

I have not received the $100 deposit and we did not use or damage the property. I usually rent that hotel but this is the second time that they have not returned the deposit to me

One of the guest attendant was very rude on the phone. A tonality quite rude. Later she attends me and as I approach the front desk to check in, and after I showed my confirmation number, without consideration told me I needed to wait while she attended a guest couple behind me. Long story short, Overall, the attendant was rude and lacks customer service, I had a reservation making my check-in quick and easy. The other attended took a guest and then checked me in, and she was still attending the guest she took before me. She needs to be trained, or perhaps given a janitorial position. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION IS HOSPITALITY BUSINESS. Her actions do NOT belong belong in the front desk.

Not bad for the price due to an inconvenience airline cancellation. Place can use a touch up. Bathroom door wouldn’t close easily and the bottom was a bit broken. There was also trash in the room when we got there. There was also a weird smell in the hallway like it was trying to mask something else.

Room smelled damp. Bed was hard. Small tv for room size with 2 beds. Saw a roach in hallway. I did appreciate airport shuttle but if you have a 6am flight, service not available due to it starting at 5am.

I booked for 1 night (because i arrived a day early ) with transportation to/from airport. When i arrived to MIA at 9:45pm, i called the hotel for transportation and was told "the bus is on its way" I waited for 45 mins. I tool a Uber. Once at the hotel, i checked in and the 2 buses they have for transportation were parked upfront the hotel. While checking in, the representative took an incoming call and told the customer "the bus is on its way". He lied. I had to speak to the Manager to get reimbursed.

close to airport but quiet as a mouse. Safe, short walk to fast food, ihop at night. could not hear adjacent rooms. Staff was top notch. proximity to airport was terrific. quick shuttle pickup. room was very spacious as advertized. bathtub had air pocket along the whole bottom. kept flowing every time i stepped on it. Access to reasonably priced drinkable water was lacking. haven't yet tried breakfast.

Homeless in the lobby upon arrival. Room smells like smoke and no bed pillows, dirty linens. Trash in elevator. Checked in and checked out immediately after seeing room. Felt like I would be mugged on property. Hyatt right down the street was beautiful and same price. Staff understood when canceling at front desk as if they get that a lot.
