I had an excellent experience at the Clinton Hotel. The customer service stood out the most for me - the staff were incredibly friendly, energetic, and communicative. The management is very guest-oriented, which I truly appreciated. The VIBES - Highly recommended.

Stayed only 1 night, worst experience, entire hotel had a fowl smell of POD, first night 1 room given was without terrace. Second day terrace room was given which had 20-25 mosquitoes easily visible, when asked front desk they simply suggested they cannot do anything and asked us to work with TP to seek refund. Checked out second day and requested for refund for remaining 2 nights.

The property is located near to the beach. This property doesn't have parking. The A/C machine was making lot of noice. Room door lock stopped working after first day stay. They could not fix it while we were on the property.

This Property Was Terrible Literally Roaches Allll over the place the bathroom had roaches in the shower I have pictures and videos of everything ! Also during check out the lady that helped us said that they were going to wave the resort fees because of the roaches in our room and she did not do that I still was charged the resort fee we were not accommodated at all

The ladies at the front desk was friendly. The cleaning staff didn’t do a good job cleaning they just made the beds with the same dirty sheets, same soiled towels and bathroom floors. We had to ask for fresh towels which was difficult because the staff didn’t speak a word in english. We had to pay for cleaning for everyday right?

The housekeepers left super early in the day so they wouldn’t bring us towels or wash rags, but we found out that there was people there they were just being lazy! Also, they were up at like five in the morning right outside our bedroom window being noisy! I had my soda explode on the blanket and we asked for a need comforter and they made us sleep with no blankets!

I didn’t like how there was no hot water in shower. Parking was very limited. We had to walk 3 blocks with suitcases because no private parking. Not the hotel fault but I didn’t see listed “no private parking” My whole floor smelt of MJ. Service & workers was great and it was clean!

This was a pretty good property. Our room was large and quiet for the most part. The staff was friendly and every time we requested something they had it with no wait time. I love that it was in the middle of everything and the hotel was very well kept.

I would strongly advise not staying here. The room was sooo dirty. I told the front desk and they did offer to give me my money back or clean the room. I asked for a different room but they didnt have snything available and the hotels in the area were booked. Also what needed to be done was not just cleaning. The curtains had spots the walls had peeling paint. The room had holes in the walls the room had sand and dirt in the corners the beds were old and dusty. The bathroom was half decent. I just wished id read all of the reviews before booking because the complaints are the same. The balciny wouldve been awesome but there holes in the walls as well as dirt on the tables and the chairs were rusted. I wpuld never ever stay here ever again. Ive included pics so that you can see what i mean

I HIGHLY recommend not staying at this hotel. Rating this a 4 star hotel is a joke. I know it’s a bargain for the area but I’ve stayed at highway motels in the middle of no where that were better. For starters, the staff are not welcoming. They do their jobs, but barley smile and talk (don’t even say hello as you walk by). The room itself was extremely old and frankly dirty. The lamps were rusted, lamp covers curtains and linens stained. The beach towels and bath towels were dirty more than half the time. We didn’t even get wash cloths, just 3 towels for a 4 person occupied room. Our room didn’t have an iron or hair dryer-we did receive it once we asked. We had our room cleaned and it was barley brushed over. We didn’t even get new towels. There’s no way to mark on the door do not disturb, so expect someone coming into your room. There’s bugs that look like roaches everywhere. We killed at least 5 in our 4 day stay. The room is muggy and smells of mold. The AC works well. The Wi-Fi in the room is very spotty, but works well in the lobby. The pool is not what it looks like in photos. There’s four lounge chairs in the middle of a restaurant by a pool that barley fits 4 people. It’s very awkward to use while people are eating around you at a sit down restaurant. The only positives are the area. It is very close to everything on south beach. There’s an amazing poke place next door and other dining options.

The staff was excellent. We arrived well before check in, but they allowed us to drop our luggage and gave us beach towels. Room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool area was small but charming. We love South Beach and can't wait to come back!

I got charge an extra fee per night I stay. The hotel conditions were terrible. I could not sleep well because I could here the neighbors yell all night fighting. It was not a pleasent time.

The hotel was substandard. Rooms were old and walls and vents were unclean. Hallways noisy, and maid service non existent. Wont be back
