Booked the room via VRBO; so our room would be cleaned if we paid another fee, as well as a decent parking fee, and a resort fee on the way out. And it was barely stocked - two plates two spoons etc. The check in process was a nightmare via email texts and calls. Despite multiple attempts, I ended up standing at the door for 30 minutes waiting for help as the front desk was empty. The attendant returned and was so rude to my colleague she was nearly in tears. Great location except beach is not the ocean side.
