A newly renovated modern 2 bedroom apartment in Miami Design District. Main bedroom has a queen sized bed while second bedroom has a twin bed. Smart TV and free internet.

Free street parking one block away from the apartment in a safe residential area.

The apartment is in a central location, and is a short walk or drive from two very popular areas: The design district and Wynwood. Both of which are bustling with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. North and South beach are also a short drive/Uber away.

Great location near the Design District

I was in Miami for a few days and wanted to stay near the Design District and Wynnewood. I usually stay by the beach but it's kind of far from everything else. This location was central to everything and walking distance from great shops and places to eat. The building is older but well maintained. The communication was excellent and we felt very secure with the locks and cameras at all exits. Also, the wifi was great and I loved having a desk for work, as well as, a kitchen. It's a nice deal for the price. I'd stay there again.
