You'll have private, exclusive access to your entire residence for the duration of your stay — no shared rooms, no host on site.

Self check-in: Arrival is seamless and contactless via smart keyless entry. You can come and go freely, day or night. Detailed check-in instructions are sent before arrival. Guests receive a building FOB after checking in at the front desk; FOBs must be returned at checkout (a $100 replacement fee applies per lost FOB).

FREE METROMOVER (recommended) — A free elevated train looping through Downtown, Brickell, and the Omni/Arts district. Stations are a 3–5 minute walk away. Runs daily from about 5 AM to midnight and connects to Metrorail.



BRIGHTLINE — MiamiCentral station is an 8-minute walk. Service to Fort Lauderdale (~30 min), Boca Raton (~45 min), West Palm Beach (~60 min), and Orlando (~3.5 hrs).



RIDESHARE & TAXI — Uber and Lyft are widely available. Approximate costs from the building:

-PortMiami (cruise terminal) — $8–12 / ~8 min

-Wynwood — $8–12 / ~8 min

-South Beach — $12–18 / ~15 min

AIRPORTS

SCOOTERS & BIKES — Lime, Bird, and bike-share stations are available throughout Downtown. Note: scooters, bikes, and hoverboards are not permitted in the lobby, elevators, hallways, or amenity areas.



Other Things to Note:

-Registration required: All guests must register with the management office at check-in and present valid government-issued photo ID.

-Non-smoking building: Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, in all common areas, and within 25 feet of the building.

-Quiet hours: No loud or unusual noise between 11 PM and 7 AM.

-No pets are permitted for short-term guests, and pets are not allowed in any amenity area.

-Amenity access is limited to registered guests. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in most amenity spaces.

-Dress code: Shirts, shorts/pants, and shoes are required in all interior common areas. Swimwear alone is not permitted in the lobby, elevators, or hallways.

-Deliveries: Food, grocery, and retail deliveries must be met in the lobby; couriers cannot go up to the units.

-Front desk does not hold luggage, keys, or food deliveries.

-Occupancy limits (building rule): Studio 2 guests, 1BR 4 guests, 2BR 6 guests.

-FOB return: $100 fee per unreturned FOB at checkout.

-Supplies: First-Day Essentials Upon arrival, your apartment will be stocked with basic supplies to ensure a smooth and comfortable start to your stay.

-Storage: Please note we do not offer luggage storage.



⚠️ Potential for noise

Because the unit is located in the heart of Miami Worldcenter, you may hear occasional construction noise during the day. This is normal in an area undergoing rapid urban development and will not affect your stay at night. Recommendation: If you are sensitive to noise, we suggest bringing earplugs.
